12 Popular Shows Coming Back With New Seasons Soon
1. Panchayat Season 5 (Prime Video)
Life in Phulera has given us four seasons of village politics, friendships, family problems and wonderfully simple humour. Season 5 will bring Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav and other familiar characters back as the changing political equations of the village create fresh complications. Prime Video has officially included the new season in its returning lineup, although detailed story information is still being kept under wraps.
2. The Family Man Season 4 (Prime Video)
Srikant Tiwari has spent three seasons balancing dangerous intelligence missions with an increasingly complicated family life. The third season expanded his troubles while leaving an important part of Srikant’s journey unfinished, and creators Raj & DK have confirmed that they are working on the next chapter. Season 4 is still in development, so Prime Video has not announced an official premiere date yet.
3. The Scam: Leaked (ZEE5)
A leaked examination paper becomes the starting point of a much bigger crisis in this upcoming ZEE5 thriller. As students lose opportunities and public anger grows, the story moves beyond a single leak to explore corruption, pressure and the people benefiting from a broken system. What first appears to be an education scandal slowly opens the door to a deeper conspiracy with consequences for thousands of families.
4. Criminal Justice Season 5 (JioHotstar)
Across four seasons, Madhav Mishra has taken on difficult cases where the obvious version of the truth is rarely the complete one. Pankaj Tripathi’s clever lawyer has moved through murder accusations, family secrets and complicated courtroom battles while finding details others overlook. Another season has been discussed and reported, but JioHotstar has not yet announced its story or official release date, so Madhav Mishra’s next case remains a mystery for now.
5. Black Doves Season 2 (Netflix)
Helen Webb’s dangerous double life continues after the first season exposed just how costly working as a secret agent can become. Season 2 finds Helen still passing sensitive information to the Black Doves while her husband Wallace moves closer to becoming prime minister, making every secret even more dangerous. Sam returns to her side as Mrs. Reed faces a threat to her own position and old loyalties begin breaking apart.
6. Mismatched Season 4 (Netflix)
Dimple and Rishi’s story has grown from an awkward first meeting into a complicated journey through love, ambition, heartbreak and adulthood. After Season 3 pushed the gang into a new stage of their careers and relationships, Netflix is bringing everyone back for one final chapter. Season 4 will be the show’s last season, making this the farewell to Dimple, Rishi and the friends who have grown alongside them.
7. Dupahiya Season 2 (Prime Video)
The first season turned one stolen motorbike into complete chaos for the residents of crime-free Dhadakpur. Season 2 returns to the same colourful village, where another crime threatens to disturb its peaceful reputation and pull familiar characters into fresh trouble. Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Sparsh Shrivastava, Shivani Raghuvanshi and Bhuvan Arora return for another mix of small-town comedy and unexpected madness. Season 2 is releasing on October 1st.
8. Lupin Part 4 (Netflix)
Assane Diop has spent three parts using clever disguises, elaborate tricks and the inspiration of Arsène Lupin to stay ahead of his enemies. Part 4 begins after Assane has spent years in prison and is ready to leave his old life behind, until a mysterious copycat starts carrying out museum robberies using the Lupin name. When evidence points towards Assane, he is forced back into the game to clear his name and discover who is copying him.
9. Farzi Season 2 (Prime Video)
Sunny’s talent for creating almost-perfect counterfeit currency pulled him into a criminal world that became increasingly difficult to escape. At the same time, determined officer Michael made destroying the fake-money network his personal mission, turning their battle into a dangerous cat-and-mouse game. Season 2 will take that conflict forward as Sunny faces bigger risks and Michael continues chasing the people threatening India’s financial system.
10. Dahaad Season 2 (Prime Video)
The first season followed police officer Anjali Bhaati as apparently unrelated deaths slowly revealed the horrifying work of a serial killer. In Season 2, Anjali Meghwal is pulled into another disturbing investigation after a twelve-year-old child goes missing in a quiet Rajasthan town. The case develops into a serial-killer hunt that once again explores how power, patriarchy and privilege can hide terrible crimes.
11. Janaawar Season 2 (ZEE5)
Season 1 followed SI Hemant Kumar through a missing-person case in a Chhattisgarh jungle town that quickly expanded into murder, hidden identities and disturbing secrets. The new season brings Bhuvan Arora back as another deadly investigation begins and a killer’s return creates fresh danger. With secrets piling up and the threat becoming more powerful, Hemant once again finds himself searching for the truth in a world where nothing is simple.
12. The Diplomat Season 4 (Netflix)
Kate Wyler’s diplomatic career has repeatedly placed her in the middle of international crises while her unpredictable marriage to Hal creates problems of its own. Season 4 begins after a catastrophic development damages the fragile peace Kate helped create between the United States and Britain, while President Grace Penn and Vice President Hal Wyler become involved in a dangerous plan concerning a powerful Russian weapon. Kate is forced to work with Todd Penn as they try to stop decisions that could push the world towards an even bigger conflict.
